GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups containing fifteen or more tickets receive a $5.00 discount on all adult tickets when entering the code group at checkout.

You can also contact the Off-site Ticket Outlet at Special Greetings (613-283-2244) to arrange for large groups.

NOTE: Group tickets require prepayment. Please note that the full admission price will apply if the group size falls below fifteen participants

VOUCHER HOLDERS ONLY

One voucher is equivalent to one ticket – regardless of ticket type.

To redeem prepaid vouchers

Select “Pick Your Seats”
Proceed to checkout
Enter the coupon code with the word voucher followed by the number on the voucher eg voucher125 and click Apply. This will set the order to zero.
Turn over the appropriate number of vouchers at the door when you attend the play.

If you do not wish to use a voucher for some of the tickets, do not include them in the order using the voucher coupon code. Create a separate order for those specific tickets.

NOTE: The refund policy for vouchers is identical to that of regular tickets. Tickets purchased with a voucher are final and non-refundable; the voucher is treated as redeemed. We will, however, make every effort to arrange an exchange for the same performance on another date where seats are available.
