One voucher (excluding Gift and Donated Vouchers)  is equivalent to six tickets – regardless of ticket type.  A Gift/Donated Voucher is equivalent to one ticket.

To  redeem prepaid vouchers:

• Pick your seat(s) and select Voucher from the drop-down menu
• On the checkout page, locate the voucher area
• Click the first box and select the 5 digit voucher number to be used for that seat
• Repeat this step for each seat purchased with a voucher.  The same or different voucher numbers can be used for each seat

NOTE:  The refund policy for vouchers is identical to that of regular tickets. Tickets purchased with a voucher are final and non-refundable; the voucher is treated as redeemed.  We will, however, make every effort to arrange an exchange for the same performance on another date where seats are available.
